ICQC 2026 is accepting 45 contributed talks. Additionally, we are working to accept as many posters as possible at a first-come first-serve basis. Because speaking slots for contributed talks are limited, participants who are not selected for a contributed talk will be invited to present a poster instead. Speakers and poster presenters will be notified of acceptance and further instructions in early Spring 2026.

The deadline to be considered for a contributed talk is Friday, March 20th, 2026.

The deadline to be considered for a poster is Friday, May 1st, 2026.

Please note, there will be a brief lag (up to one week) between confirmation of registration with our external vendor and abstract submission.

To submit an abstract, you must first register for the conference. Failure to provide a valid Registration Reference Number may result in your abstract being rejected.

| Abstract Formatting

Please adhere to the abstract guidelines below. Submissions which do not follow the guidelines may not be considered.

| Required Elements

• Title: Title Case, maximum 30 words.

• Authors and Affiliations: List all authors as “First Last“ with each authors affiliation in parentheses formatted as “Institution, City, Country”. Separate authors by semicolons.

  • e.g. “Jane Doe (University of Somewhere, City, Country); Gilbert N. Lewis (University of California, Berkeley, Berkeley, USA)”

• Abstract body: Single paragraph, maximum 250 words.
