| May I receive an official letter of invitation prior to registration?

We are unable to provide a letter of invitation prior to registration. However, we will send a letter to all international participants after registration.

| Are you able to provide travel support?

We are unable to commit to financial support for participants at this time.

| What is your refund policy?

We can refund up to 80% of registration and student housing payments up until May 20th, 2026.

| Does registration include housing?

No, housing is not included with registration. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Helen Diller Anchor House which are available at a discounted rate (read more about our accommodations HERE). If you are interested in this option, please indicate so on your registration form and you will be sent information on how to secure housing.

| Do you have an early bird discount?

Yes, we have an early bird discount available until March 31st, 2026. Registration is discounted by $100 during early bird pricing. Read more about our registration pricing HERE.
