No, all communications with participants for ICQC 2026 will be carried out using official mail address of the University of California, Berkeley (@berkeley.edu). Keep this in mind to avoid scammers that target participants of such events. If you are unsure about a communication you received regarding ICQC 2026, please email icqc2026@berkeley.edu.

| Registration and Travel

| May I receive an official letter of invitation prior to registration?

We are unable to provide a letter of invitation prior to registration. However, we will send a letter to all international participants after registration.

| Are you able to change my registration invoice?

No, we are unable to change registration invoice details after payment has been made.

| Are you able to provide travel support?

We are unable to commit to financial support for participants at this time.

| What is your refund policy?

We can refund up to 80% of registration and student housing payments up until May 20th, 2026.

| Accommodations at Helen Diller Anchor House

| Does registration include housing?

No, housing is not included with registration. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Helen Diller Anchor House which are available at a discounted rate (read more about our accommodations HERE). If you are interested in this option, please indicate so on your registration form and you will be sent information on how to secure housing.

| What does housing at Helen Diller Anchor House include?

Most rooms which are open to ICQC 2026 participants at Helen Diller Anchor House are four bedroom/two bathroom apartments. Apartments include a shared living space and kitchen.
